Common Returns Questions

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery (delivery is defined as the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carrier’s tracking number). Returns are fully refunded, minus any shipping charges, in the original payment form.

At this time, we are offering FedEx return labels exclusively for all returns. Customers will be charged an $8.50 flat-rate return fee. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

How do I return an item I purchased?

To return any item(s) from your order, please follow these easy steps below:

  1. Enter your email address and order number, and click "Start Return."
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions and select the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Scroll through the list of products, and click the checkbox at the far right to return an item. Please ensure that all items you wish to return are checked!
  4. Click “Complete My Return”.
  5. Download and print the FedEx shipping label.
  6. Repack your items and packing list in original packaging as best as possible.
  7. Drop off at the nearest FedEx drop box or US Post Office.How do I return an item I purchased?

International Orders.

OROS does not offer prepaid return labels for international orders at this time. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. To initiate a return, repackage the desired item(s) and ship to:

Please include your name, order number, and paper invoice. Upon receipt, your order will be refunded. You will be notified by OROS via email when the return and reimbursement is completed.

What is your exchange process?

To exchange any item(s) from your order, please follow these easy steps below:

  1. Enter your email address and order number, and click "Start Return."
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions and select the order that contains the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  3. You may easily exchange for the same style, different size, or use and OROS e-credit to exchange for something completely different.
  4. The item being exchange may then be sent back using the FedEx label provided
  5. Download and print the FedEx shipping label.
  6. Repack your items and packing list in original packaging as best as possible.
  7. Drop off at the nearest FedEx drop box or US Post Office.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?

No, we do not charge a restocking fee for any returns received within 30 days.

E-Credit or Digital Gift Card.

Gift Cards & E-Credit are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
